About Us
We, Ambika Solvex Ltd., established in the year 1954, are an eminent manufacturer and exporter of a gamut of products. Our catalog consists of Soya Lecithin, Soyabean Meal,  Refined Soya Oil, etc. These products find vast application in a number of industrial sectors like food industry, pharmaceuticals and in the manufacture of candy products, bakery products, margarine, chocolates and other food products.

Company History--The Journey Ahead
The Group was established in the year 1954 by late Shri Babulalji Garg, who set up  a 55 TPD groundnut base oil mill under the banner M/s. Laxmi Oil Mill at Mandsaur in the state of Madhya Pradesh. In the year 1976, the management was passed on to the present Board. It was in this year that a 30 TPD oil mill was started at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh in the name of M/s. Vinod Industries. After having succeeded in their venture, the Management chose to expand the production capacity by installing another 30 TPD oil mill in the name of Ambika Oil Industries at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.

Witnessing the change in the industrial scenario and the growing market need, another 36 TPD batch type refinery was set up in the year 1990 under the name of Ambika Refinery at Mandsaur, on Soyabean and Rapeseed base. This was the maiden venture of the group in the soyabean industry. With the growing demand and favorable market conditions, the said plant was upgraded into a 200 TPD continuous refinery.

To take advantage of the booming market scenario in the soya industry, the company floated the flagship company 'Ambika Solvex Ltd.' and acquired a 100 TPD soyabean solvent extraction plant on lease basis in the year 1993.

Having inspired by the success in business, the management was encouraged to set up its own solvent extraction plant of 300 TPD capacity for soyabean crushing. The overwhelming response to the product besides increased profitability prompted the Group to further enhance the production capacity from 300 TPD to 600 TPD, and subsequently to 900 TPD. These were followed by more additions including 750 TPD plant at Mahidpur, 450 TPD at Kalapipal, 450 TPD at Patharia, 100 TPD at Jaora, and 1000 TPD at Akola, thereby making the total production capacity to 3650 TPD as of date. The group is poised for further growth in the years to come, under the dynamic stewardship of the present management.
